We install dry verge and dry ridge roofing systems.
With the instability of traditional mortar based verge and ridge tile fixings, due to the changeable and adverse weather conditions, there are now improved fixings known as dry roofing systems. These new systems require no mortar and have many advantages, such as, more durable and no maintenance, among other things.
New builds usually have the new products installed and older properties can be upgraded.
Dry Verge and Dry Ridge Systems are more secure and weatherproof than the traditional mortar fixings.

We carry out new roof installations.
We also replace damaged, missing or loose roof tiles. If there are too many tiles that need replacing, it may be better to have a new roof installed than the constant maintenance of replacing the damaged tiles. Roofs usually last about 25 years, if maintained. So it is worth considering a new roof installation.
When installing a new roof we remove all the old tiles, battens and membrane and replace with a new breathable roof membrane, new treated wooden battens and new roof tiles.
